Who We Are

The Chamber is led by a group of dedicated volunteers who bring their expertise and vision to benefit the entire region.

Formed in 2002, the chamber continues to grow in strength and numbers providing marketing and networking opportunities, mentoring, business resources and lobbying local, state and federal governments.


Our major activity each year is the production of the Annual Business Directory which is the only truly local business directory for the region. This year we are pleased to launch our online directory which will be a constantly evolving local business directory, enabling members to benefit from promotion as soon as they join the chamber.


  • The Chamber is administered by the Chamber's Executive Committee comprising of up to 10 elected members
  • The Executive meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, except December and January
  • The Executive Committee comprises of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and up to 6 committee members, including Membership Officer
  • The Executive Committee members are elected at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting, held in September / October
  • All financial members are eligible for nomination (associate members are not eligible)


Associate Membership

  • Associate Membership is open to individuals, clubs or community groups who have an interest in promoting commerce, trade, industry or manufacturing in the Bannockburn & District
  • Associate members are unable to sit on the Executive Board or Vote
  • Associate members can apply to become full members at any time

Fee Structure

  • Membership fees are for each financial year (1 July – 30 June)
  • Annual Membership fee is $130 and is due upon acceptance.
  • Associate membership fee is $60 and is due upon acceptance,
  • Membership fee is included in the purchase of a Directory Advertisement.
  • Directory Advertisements are only available to members
  • All fees and advertising is GST free


The chamber is run by volunteers and we are always keen to welcome, enthusiastic, community-minded members onto our committee.

If you have a spare hour or two each month we would love to have you join.

No special skills required and it’s a great way to keep on top of what’s happening  in our business community.
